Please note that shipping times may be longer during peak times. We ship orders based on where inventory is readily available, including the United States and overseas. Because of this, some orders may be shipped directly from our international fulfillment centers to ensure faster processing and availability of stock.
Address Changes and Order Cancellation
We pride ourselves on making sure your orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of you placing your order. Sometimes, we even ship items the same day they are placed. This ensures you receive your items quickly but also means we have a narrow window for making changes or canceling orders.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping and billing details are correct before finalizing their purchase. Although we can't guarantee that we can make the requested adjustments or cancellations, we will try our best. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Vitaluxe is no longer responsible for its whereabouts.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover losses or assume responsibility for any packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. To ensure the
safety of your delivery, we recommend monitoring your package's tracking information closely and contacting the delivery company for any further assistance or information.
Shipping Protection
Shipping protection is an optional service offered at checkout to provide coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. When selected and purchased with your order, it allows us to assist with resolving eligible delivery issues.

Signature required: For customers who’ve previously submitted a claim, future orders may be shipped with signature confirmation to ensure secure delivery.
